Access to and use of the Site, as well as the purchase of products (the “Products”) through the Site, imply full and unconditional acceptance of these terms and conditions of use (the “Terms of Use”) by the user.

Giovanni Gerosa invites users to carefully read these Terms of Use before using the Site and/or purchasing Products.

In case of discrepancies between the original Italian version and any translation, the Italian version shall prevail.
